Mr. Roofer of Atlanta and Jim in particular did a fantastic job helping us with our major roof repair. They were honest, clear, transparent, and great at explaining the work to be done and the reasons behind it every step of the way. When we were ready to start the job, it moved very quickly and professionally. See before and after photos -- they needed to replace the original shingles in some areas which had chronic leaking and water retention issues on some very flat spots -- the new surface looks fantastic and blends in perfectly. The roof of our 1960s split level ranch was in bad shape so it was time to replace. Jim and his crew were great to work with and I highly recommend them. Extremely knowledgeable, great communication, and a get it done attitude - plus a reasonable price - made them a no brainer choice. They replaced all the water damaged and heat damaged wood, replaced the full roof, and even offered a TPO solution to help with heat on our sunroom. I have used Mr. Roofer many times. A good sized limb fell on my house and put holes in my roof. I called Jim who is very knowledgeable and helpful; which i appreciate.
